Asagayu Zazen Session (July)
Zen temple training experience, a quiet morning to confront oneself
At Ichihata Yakushi, we hold the 'Asagayu Zazen Session' (Zazen Session) three times a year. After zazen (seated meditation), participants enjoy the Zen temple's morning porridge. Before the meal, we dedicate a prayer and learn the spirit of 'Itadakimasu.' Reservations are required. Participation is limited to individuals.
