Pestle Dance Flower Horse Festival

Pestle Dance dedicated to the Anihiraki Shrine's Great Festival
Dancing along a distance of about 2 km while dexterously handling a flashy costume, a peculiar-shaped hat, and a pestle painted in black and red, it is dedicated to the Anihiraki Shrine. It has been designated as an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Asset of Gifu Prefecture. Those who participate in practice and obtain a certificate can also join the dance on the day. On the night before, 4/12, there will be a pre-festival event featuring hand-held fireworks.

Immediately after getting off at "Anihiraki Shrine Mae" on the Higashi Tetsu Bus bound for Hirukawa Wada from Ena Station on the JR Chuo Line
