Folding Screen Wonderland

A beautiful exhibition of folding screens by authors related to Shimane Prefecture. The exhibition features Edo period folding screens cherished by the Kisa family and folding screens by Komura Daiun and Makino Kiyoshi from the Taisho and Showa periods. It introduces the world of folding screens that evolved through the Edo, Taisho, and Showa periods from the museum's collection.
