Kanzan Comprehensive Park 18th Spring Rose Festival

The Spring Rose Festival will be held. During the event, on weekends and public holidays, exhibitions such as the "A Little Bigger Picture Postcard Exhibition" and workshops for flower arrangements will take place, alongside "Hikari Open Garden" where you can tour individual owners' gardens, a popular "900 yen rose seedling lottery," and mini concerts featuring harp, guitar, erhu, and ocarina.
