The food event "Craft Gyoza Fest" that showcases the possibilities and trends of gyoza attracted 160,000 visitors last year. This year, 14 gyoza shops, a fried rice booth, and 8 drink & dessert shops will gather. With a focus on "flexibility and freedom," each shop has crafted 28 varieties of gyoza with creativity. Enjoy gyoza in various forms such as baked, boiled, fried, and steamed, while relishing the careful selection of filling, dough, and sauce in these craft gyoza.
