Gather at 14:45 in front of the fresh fish center with staff guidance, choose and purchase the desired fish (about 1-2 fish). Move to the cooking room at 15:00, pay the participation fee (3,000 yen/person), and from those who are prepared, take turns learning the filleting method based on the pre-event questionnaire. Disband after finishing filleting by 17:00.
