Learn at the temple - A day to feel the charm of Wa and Kyudo
This is the first event in a series hosted by the Kazo City Kyudo Federation, taking place at Sougenji, one of the three major Fudo temples in Kanto. The event will feature children’s traditional music, drum performances by Takasago Kai, a tea ceremony (matcha and wagashi), arrow passing (a Kyudo ritual), arrow display (a ceremonial event), performances, an archery competition, and a Kyudo experience session. Additionally, there will be sales of local products and light snacks (including Costco items in smaller portions), and a crepe food truck will also be present. The federation will also hold a flea market. Guest appearances will include Mikkoro-chan and armored warriors. ■Note Content may change depending on the weather.

About 7 minutes via Prefectural Road 38 from Kazo Station
Get off at the last stop of the bus heading to Kazo Shako from Kazo Station or at the Fudou Temple bus stop on the west loop of the city circular bus.
