550,000 sunflowers bloom gloriously in the land of Zama
The 'Sunflower Festival' is Zama City's major summer event. An impressive 550,000 sunflowers bloom as far as the eye can see, along with scenic photo spots and lookout points for great photography. The Zama venue features a stunning display of sunflowers in shades of yellow, while the Yotsuya venue offers two varieties of sunflowers to enjoy. A special direct bus operates from 'Soubudai-mae' station on the Odakyu Line to the venue (fees apply).
