At Shoutokukan, there will be storytelling of folk tales in Nanbu and Tsugaru dialects, as well as the folk play 'Atokakushi no Yuki' and a large picture story show 'Yahan Taro and Nanso-bo'. At the Exchange Hall, there will be old stories and picture story shows that even children can enjoy. An event that can be enjoyed together across generations. *Please note that the performance may change due to the health of the performers or weather conditions.

Opening hours for Shoutokukan are 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM for the first session and 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM for the second session. For the Exchange Hall, the first session is from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and the second session from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
