The summer festival of Okawakamibirafu Shrine with high dignity
One of the three major festivals in Kamishi City, held first in the summer. Also called 'Kawakami Summer Festival', it is beloved by local people. Many stalls line up, allowing everyone from children to adults to experience the festive atmosphere, with plenty of exciting events.
