A workshop for making miniature anmitsu that is so faithfully recreated in a small size that you can't help but exclaim, "How cute!" Don't worry if you think, "I'm not good at detailed work..." or "It seems difficult because it's my first time..." A certified instructor from the Japan Miniature Food Association will conduct the lesson, providing careful support for each step, from how to use tools to realistic representation of ingredients.
