[Cherry Blossoms - Full Bloom] Tsurugi Oritoki Cherry Blossom

Introduced as a new variety in 2008, this cherry blossom takes its name from "Tsurugi Mountain," the pride of Kamiyama Town in the Northern Alps, and is called "Tsurugi Oritoki Kiku Sakura." It can be seen on the way to Baba-jima, the base for climbing Tsurugi Mountain, from the city of Kamiyama. This cherry blossom has over 200 petals and displays a unique chrysanthemum bloom. In addition to the beauty of the blossoms, visitors can also enjoy the remaining snow on Tsurugi Mountain that contrasts with the clear stream and fresh greenery. Since it is located on private property, please observe manners while viewing.
