A limited-time special event where you can meet the official character of the Osaka-Kansai Expo "Myakumyaku" and the Hyogo Prefecture mascot "Habatan". A numbered ticket is required (up to 5 people per group). Tickets will be distributed at the venue entrance (3rd floor) from 10 AM. It is not allowed to line up before opening or take pictures with multiple cameras. Registration will close once the capacity is reached. Please check the notes on the ticket for more details.
