An event themed around the local industry of 'paper' in Shikoku Chuo City. More than a thousand participants will enliven the venue with the 'Paper Dance', an arranged process of handmade paper, in addition to various market stalls, stage events, and hands-on experiences of handmade paper and water drawing, as well as the exhibition and sale of paper products.
