Higashitaniyama Fruit Park Shidarezakura Festival

Higashitaniyama Fruit Park is located at the northeastern edge of Nagoya City, at the foot of Higashitaniyama, in a rich natural environment. It serves as a place for enjoying botanical observation and walking, as well as a multi-purpose agricultural park aimed at promoting urban agriculture through fruit cultivation techniques. Inside the park, there are orchards, a tropical fruit greenhouse from around the world, a fruit museum, a shop, a restaurant, and a fishing pond. In spring, about 1,000 cherry blossoms, centered around the Yaebeni Shidarezakura known for its pale pink petals, bloom in splendid fashion.
