Sakura Viewing Park

Cherry blossom trees along the road for about 800m
At Sakura Viewing Park, which was the ruins of the Maesawa lord's castle, about 200 cherry trees, including Somei Yoshino, bloom spectacularly every year, attracting many visitors to experience the arrival of spring. The park is located about 100m higher than the city center, leading to slightly delayed blooming compared to other places. The cherry blossom trees lining the winding slope leading to the park are a must-see.
