An overwhelming spectacle of cascading cherry blossoms that bloom abundantly.
The "Oohara Shidarezakura" has hundreds of slender branches that droop near Oohara Hachiman Shrine. It is recommended by the "Town and Landscape Committee" as a healing space that calms visitors. At full bloom, it takes on a shape that envelops the trunk, creating a very beautiful silhouette with large flower umbrellas that bloom abundantly. It is characterized by blooming about a week earlier than Somei Yoshino.
