Once upon a time, during the Edo period in Wakayama, there were two very skilled painters. Their names were Kyūzan Gyokushū and Norokai-seki. They were one year apart in age, friends, and certainly rivals. An exhibition for children that compares their paintings and discovers their characteristics.
