If you find out that a colleague, subordinate, or their family has experienced a traumatic event and they consult you about wanting to quit because it’s so painful, how would you respond? In this course, Professor Kaori Osawa, an expert in clinical psychology from Konan University, will lecture on workplace responses and possible support when encountering someone who has experienced trauma.
