'Collaborative project created by everyone with the Chugoku Mountains!' The theme for 2025 is 'Sustainable Farmer!' We will interview people involved in sustainable agriculture in various areas of the Chugoku region. This time, our guest is Naoki Kajiyama, who is engaged in bamboo shoot and vegetable cultivation in Inokuchi, Nishi-ku, Hiroshima City, and is also a fisherman as a member of the Inokuchi Fisheries Cooperative, and is involved in wakame seaweed cultivation.
