Takaoka Tanabata Festival

How about a colorful summer memory? The "Takaoka Tanabata Festival" is a summer tradition beloved by the citizens. Colorful tanzaku, decorations, flowing streamers, and lanterns are hung, and various Tanabata displays brighten the summer night. In the pedestrian paradise held on Suehirocho Street, there will be performances including dance shows, Bon Odori, and exhibitions of working vehicles. Additionally, during the period, each shopping district will hold creatively themed events.
