Kagoshima Traditional Instruments Utage

An event featuring lectures such as 'Musical Instruments that Became Youkai' by Izumi Haraguchi and 'Traditional Instruments and Education' by Hiroto Ide, along with a concert by members of the 'Kagoshima Traditional Instrument Heritage Association' (Satsuma Biwa, Gottan, Amabuki). The Satsuma Biwa includes pieces about 'Saigo Takamori', while Gottan mixes forgotten folk songs with those still sung today. This event aims to provide an opportunity to recognize that traditional instruments are still alive and being passed on.
