Chomeiji Hydrangea Festival
A special two days wrapped in the colors of hydrangeas.
Chomeiji is a temple enveloped in the tranquility and elegance of nature throughout the four seasons. In particular, the hydrangeas that color the grounds in early summer are exceptionally beautiful, and due to this charm, it is affectionately known as 'Hydrangea Temple.' In line with the peak viewing season for hydrangeas, the Hydrangea Festival will be held. On the 14th (Saturday) from 10:30 to 12:00, an ikebana experience workshop for elementary school students will take place, followed by a traditional instrument concert from 13:00 to 15:00. On the 15th (Sunday) from 10:00 to 16:00, enjoy a handmade shop booth.
