Fun Stargazing Event at Togakushi Campground

Polaris, Vega, Altair, the Milky Way. This is an observation event where you will definitely be able to spot these! We won't let you finish thinking you understood! From 14:00 there will be workshops: "DIY Telescope Experience" and "Constellation Viewer Making"; from 17:00, we have the "Astronomy Consultation Center" and "Try Using a Telescope! Beginner's Class"; and at 20:00, the "Stargazing Event". Feel free to ask about anything related to space and astronomy! ■Notes Please bring warm clothing as temperatures will drop at night.

The event will be held on April 26 & 28, May 3 & 5, July 19, 21, 23, 24, 28, 30 & 31, daily in August (excluding every Friday and the 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 31st), and every Saturday in September and October (excluding October 18). From now to August 21, it will start at 20:00, from August 25 to September 6 at 19:30, and after September 13 it will start at 19:00.

"Stargazing Event" adults 1500 yen, high school students and below 500 yen, preschoolers free. *From 8/2 to 8/21 adults 2000 yen, high school students and below 800 yen, preschoolers free. *A separate entrance fee of 400 yen applies to those who are not users of Togakushi Campground.
