A bounty of autumn flavors such as new rice and special mushroom soup awaits! The 'Shin-Totsukawa Flavor Festival' is an event where delicious offerings from Shin-Totsukawa Town come together, including tastings of new rice from the local 'Yume-Pirika' and 'freshly milled, freshly made, freshly boiled' new soba noodles. Among the highlights is a special mushroom soup made with abundant beech mushrooms from Totsukawa Village in Nara Prefecture, which is revered as the hometown of the town. Additionally, there's a chance to win a bag of new rice in the exciting raffle!
