77th Hokuriku Nippon Newspaper Summer Fireworks (Toyama Venue)

Powerful fireworks color the Toyama sky
The firework festival has been held annually on August 1st since 1947 to honor the victims of the Toyama air raid in August 1945 and to wish for post-war recovery. The varied fireworks brightly color the Toyama sky. Before the fireworks are launched, there is a sunset event that energizes the venue with a concert by a brass band.
