Exhibiting and showcasing the writings of notable figures from Takaoka City
In January 1955, the late Bunji Saito (1906–66), who was involved in the barbering industry and social activities in Takaoka City, produced a display of writings by five notable figures from the city (Kenzo Arai, Tarohei Kizu VI, Den'emon Sugano VII, Shinichiro Minami, and Dōun Shituya).
