Cooking class using fish and local ingredients with Chef Atsuko Adachi, a cuisine researcher

Have you noticed the decrease in fish dishes in your daily meals? Therefore, we are hosting a cooking class where you can easily experience cooking fish dishes. This class will feature fresh fish from Osaka City Central Wholesale Market, and on June 28, ingredients from Saga Prefecture, and on August 30, ingredients from Oita Prefecture will be provided. Each day, you will cook and enjoy different recipes. Additionally, there will be a shopping tour in the market and souvenirs included. The instructor is Chef Atsuko Adachi, a cuisine researcher. The capacity is 32 participants per day (lottery will be held if there are many applications). The application deadline is June 6. Note

The event dates are June 28 and August 30. The meeting time for participants in the shopping tour (optional) is 8:00. Those not participating should arrive at 9:50. The cooking class will start at 10:00. The class is expected to end around 14:00 after the lunch of the menu you made.
