Tradition and Laughter: Viewing Autumn Noh and Kyogen in Atami
The "Atami Theater" is an event that aims to contribute to the creation of Atami City as an "International Tourist Hot Spring Cultural City," promoting Japanese traditional performing arts and music from the MOA Museum Noh Theater. This time, Noh "Funabenkei" by Hosho-ryu Hosho Kazuhei and Kyogen "Hagi Daimyo" by Izumi-ryu Nomura Manso will be performed. On the day of the event, an exhibition titled 'Projection Yajirobe Emaki Important Cultural Property: The Story of Joruri' will also be held.
