The "Hydrangea Festival" praying for good health
During the season when hydrangeas bloom along the sacred path, the hydrangea garden will be open, and the Hydrangea Festival will be held on June 14. This is a traditional festival of Kumano Nachi Taisha to appreciate the blessings of nature while enjoying the hydrangeas. There are approximately 3,000 hydrangea plants blooming within the grounds of Kumano Nachi Taisha.
