Enjoy the colorful autumn leaves

Myohonji, Nishimino

Early Nov~Mid-Nov

The temple is called "Nishimino" because it became a base for the propagation of Nichiren Buddhism in the western regions. The main hall has a "kokerabuki" roof, constructed by layering thin wooden boards, and it is designated as an important cultural property of the prefecture. Additionally, the Banjin-do within the precincts is designated as an important cultural property of the country. In autumn, you can see a variety of colorful leaves around the main hall. The ginkgo tree, which matches the height of the main hall, is also impressive.
