Freshly made doburoku! Select sake! Traditional Japanese sweets paired with doburoku and sake from various regions! Enjoy doburoku that is hard to taste in everyday life, and the specially prepared Japanese sweets for this day. Offerings include: 2 types of freshly made doburoku, 3 types of carefully selected sake from breweries primarily in the prefecture, 3 to 5 types of traditional Japanese sweets that pair with the served sake, and 3 to 5 types of special snacks from Matsumoto Doburock.
