Nakoniba Dam Hydrangea Festival

Around Nakoniba Dam Lake, a viewing event featuring approximately 7000 hydrangeas will be held. The best time to see the hydrangeas is typically from early to late June. Additionally, in the terraced rice fields located upstream of Nakoniba Dam, which can be accessed by proceeding along National Route 444 towards Omura City, visitors can enjoy the sight of hydrangeas blending into the landscape of terraced fields and mountainous nature.
