31st Shimanto River Ultra Marathon

Since 1994, the marathon runs along the clear stream of the Shimanto River from Shimanto City to Shimanto Town (formerly Towa Village). There are 100km and 60km divisions, with approximately 2,100 runners participating from all over the country. The event is supported by volunteers who outnumber the participants and cheers from the local residents. Participation is for those aged 18 and over (excluding high school students). *Entry is closed
