8th World Slow Jogging Day

Slow jogging that can be done easily and anytime
Part 1: Slow jogging has become very popular in South Korea since it was featured on national broadcasts last year. We will hear from Ms. Cho Mi-jeong, who published a book on slow jogging in Korea together with Professor Hiroaki Tanaka about the efforts of Korean slow jogging enthusiasts. In Part 2, after confirming the points on how to run slow jogging, we will circle Ohorikoen while reminiscing about Professor Tanaka. *This event is in collaboration with Fukuoka University.
