Ichibata Yakushi Weekend Zen Meditation (October)

A personal Zen meditation session held every weekend night. Anyone from elementary school age and up can participate. The content includes chanting (beginning with the Heart Sutra and the Four Great Vows), sitting meditation (3 sessions of 15-30 minutes each with short breaks), walking meditation (walking in the precincts; indoors on rainy days), a dharma talk (mini-talks on texts such as the Dhammapada), and tea time (a casual gathering with tea and snacks where we introduce ourselves). Please make a reservation in advance by phone or email.
