[Sakura - Best Viewing] Shunkodai Park

Located about 5 km north of the city center, this park features excellent views and is situated on gently rolling hills. The western side of the park is developed as 'Citizen's Forest,' where approximately 1,800 trees have been planted by citizens, and facilities such as a campsite, adventure plaza, and lottery amusement park have been established for wide public use. The cherry blossom-lined road leading from the park management office to the campsite and park golf course is a must-see.
