Sakurakuniya Medaka Festival
Various medaka are waiting for you
A medaka catching event will be held. Various fish such as Mikunihon, Rame Medaka, Yōkihi, and sorting errors will be included. There will also be face-to-face sales on the day. Even preschool children can catch without breaking the net, so there is a time limit of 5 to 10 minutes. For elementary school students who cannot catch, measures such as bait traps and raised nets will be taken to ensure they can catch something at all.

- The festival will be held on 4/27, 5/3, and 5/4 during the period. The event will take place in the semi-outdoor area with a roof at Sakurakuniya, except during typhoons or storms. The time limit for catching medaka is 3 minutes for middle schoolers and above, and 5 minutes for elementary school students and below.
