The Osaka Art School, which opened in 1924 in "Greater Osaka," attracted students from all over the country. Many graduates left Osaka to return to their hometowns and continue their activities. Until now, there has been a tendency to focus only on the creative activities in Osaka concerning the school's affiliates. This will be explained through the works of artists who continued to work in the regions surrounding Osaka, such as Wakayama. By looking from the perspective of the surrounding areas, one can gain fresh insights and ideas about the Osaka Art School and its principal, Yoshimura Yano. ■Notes Application: May 11, 2025 (Sunday) from 10:00 AM - by phone or at the window, on a first-come, first-served basis.
