Gallery Exhibition "Iwami Artists Exhibition - Hiroshi Tanihira - The World of Pencil Drawings - He Was Certainly There"

―I Want to Perfect the Technique of Drawing with Pencils―
Hiroshi Tanihira, born in Misumi-cho, Hamada City, aspired to be an artist during high school, and has since studied various expression techniques such as Western painting, three-dimensional art, and video in university and graduate school, ultimately choosing pencils as his medium to continue drawing upon returning to his hometown. For the past 15 years, he has been sincerely focused on his own creations. What is the mysterious character <Bushwacker>, wearing a leaf mask, trying to convey?
