Baleton is an exercise that combines fitness, ballet, and yoga elements, done barefoot. Move your entire body evenly and attain physical and mental health! It can also resolve physical concerns such as headaches, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and constipation. The baleton class is conducted by instructor Yoko Tanaka, who is active mainly in Suzuka City. ■Notes Participation is not allowed for those who are pregnant or within 3 months postpartum.
