The oldest park in Itami city. It features old pine and cherry trees, showcasing a calm and quiet atmosphere. It spans 7.8 hectares. At the edge of the lower pond stands Kōrōkan, built with the essence of Japanese architecture, and a pavilion gifted from Itami city's international friendship city, Foshan in China, known as Shōgetsutei. The former plum grove has transformed into "Sakura Hill", which is being carefully cultivated to become a renowned cherry blossom spot in Itami.

Take the Itami City Bus from JR Takarazuka Line and Hankyu Itami Line "Itami" Station, get off at "Mizuho Elementary School" stop and walk east for 50m
