Yamanobe Miwa Flea Market (June)
A flea market at one of Nara Prefecture's power spots
"Omiwa Shrine" is said to be the oldest shrine in Japan and has recently become known as a major power spot. The approach to the shrine is lined with wonderful shops selling goods, handmade items, and food. Held every month except for mid-winter and mid-summer, dogs are welcome on the premises! Why not stop by on your way to and from visiting the shrine?
