Sweets that continue to captivate us now and in the past. In this exhibition, we will focus on materials related to "sweets" from the museum's collection and introduce them. What kind of confections did the Morioka feudal lord Nanbu and his retainers eat during the Edo period? What kind of sweets existed in Morioka after the Edo period? Imagine what their actual colors, shapes, and flavors were like, and through this exhibition, let’s feel the desire to "eat sweets."
