Aichi Poultry and Egg Support Fair

In response to the outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in January 2025, Aichi Prefecture established the 'Aichi Poultry and Egg Consumption Expansion Executive Committee' in collaboration with related organizations. Initiatives are being promoted to support poultry and egg producers and expand consumption. As part of this effort, the 'Aichi Poultry and Egg Support Fair' is being held to support producers by eating locally produced poultry and eggs. Tasting of dishes made with local poultry and eggs as well as quizzes will be conducted. Why not enjoy it with your family?
