Illuminating a castle located at an altitude of 400m (a viewing rest house modeled after Germany's Wartburg Castle) and the castle gate, surrounded by trees. As the sounds of original BGM resound through the forest, the colors of the lights change, enveloping the entire square in a fantastical atmosphere. Enjoy a fantastic space created by light and sound along with the night view of Kobe.

- The opening hours are the times for the upward ropeway. The illumination hours are from sunset to 21:00, every hour at 00 minutes, 20 minutes, and 40 minutes. Each session lasts about 15 minutes. Entry to the observation area is only permitted after 17:00.

- Entrance fee (round trip ropeway + herb garden admission) 2,000 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for children. Nighttime fee (after 17:00, round trip only) 1,500 yen for adults, 950 yen for children.
