Kaminishi Kogen Fermentation Road
Fermentation experience event with a sake brewery and miso brewery that has continued since ancient times
The Fermentation Road event, a collaboration between Miwa Sake Brewery, which has been loved for many years in Kaminishi Kogen Town, and Shinryu Miso. "I want more people to know the charm of traditional Japanese food culture, which is a national treasure of fermentation!" From this desire, meetings were held, and the first installment of the event was decided. The brewing masters of each brewery guide the participants through the sake brewery and miso brewery, allowing everyone to enjoy the world of fermentation with all five senses. *Reservations start on April 1 (Tuesday) at 9:00, first come, first served.
