Wellness Walking (May)

Enjoying azaleas and rhododendrons in the botanical garden
Wellness Walking is a walking exercise that employs methods of climate therapy and topographical therapy, which are also used in Germany's spa regions for treatment. It is utilized for the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and promoting health. Participants will walk slowly and enjoyably through the forest of the botanical garden, incorporating exercise therapy, pole walking, and Kneipp therapy techniques. We encourage you to participate. For applications and inquiries, please visit the Rokko Health Resort Research Association website. Capacity is 20 participants, and registration will close once full.
