Experience training at a temple in Hannō!
A training experience centered around zazen while listening to the sounds of the river, the wind, and birds chirping in the natural surroundings of Hannō. For lunch, enjoy shōjin ryōri. Additionally, experience sutra copying, pouring your heart into each character as you copy the Heart Sutra.
