Ministry of the Environment Sponsored Training for Environmental Education and Learning Promotion Leaders for Teachers - Hands-On Training, Tokyo Venue

In the hands-on training conducted in person, the primary target audience includes current teachers from elementary, junior high, and high schools. The training consists of lectures (to be viewed in advance) and group work categorized by school type (elementary & junior high school teams, high school teams). For the elementary & junior high school team: introduction of practical examples and creation of annual instruction plans related to environmental education/ESD, and SDGs (ESD calendar). For the high school team: creation of plans for comprehensive inquiry sessions focusing on environmental education/ESD and SDGs as inquiry topics.
